I. The Offer
1. What Nino is offering
For a limited time, Nino Finance ("Nino") will reimburse a verified $500 deposit that a new member funds into an eligible Trump Account for their child or dependent (the "Promotion"). The reimbursement is issued as an account credit through our payment processor after Nino verifies eligibility and the deposit, as described below.
2. Offer period
The Promotion is available to members who sign a one-year Nino membership agreement on the Core plan or higher on or before July 31, 2026. Nino may extend, modify, or end the Promotion at any time (see Section VIII).
3. One reimbursement per household
Reimbursement is capped at $500 per household, regardless of the number of children, dependents, accounts, or memberships associated with that household.
II. Eligibility
4. Who can participate
You are eligible if you are a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, and either (a) a new Nino member who signs a one-year membership agreement on the Core plan or higher on or before July 31, 2026, or (b) an existing Nino member in good standing who refers two new paying clients on the Core plan or higher during the offer period. You must have at least one eligible child or dependent for whom a Trump Account may be opened.
5. What you must do
To qualify, you must: (a) sign a one-year Nino membership agreement on the Core plan or higher and have your first subscription payment clear; (b) open an eligible Trump Account in your child's or dependent's name; (c) deposit $500 of your own funds into that account; and (d) provide Nino with acceptable proof of the account opening and the deposit.
III. How Reimbursement Works
6. When the credit is issued
Nino issues the reimbursement only after both (a) your first membership payment has cleared and (b) Nino has verified your account opening and your $500 customer-funded deposit. The reimbursement is provided as a credit through our payment processor and is not a cash payment, wire, or direct contribution into any account.
7. Nino does not move your money
Nino does not custody, hold, or transfer funds into any Trump Account. You are solely responsible for opening the account and making the $500 deposit with your own funds.
IV. Proof & Verification
8. Acceptable proof
Acceptable proof includes account statements or confirmations showing the account was opened in your child's or dependent's name and that a $500 deposit of your own funds was made. Nino may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
9. If we can't verify
Nino may withhold or deny the reimbursement if it cannot verify your eligibility, the account opening, or the deposit, or if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears fraudulent.
V. Tax Treatment
10. The reimbursement may be taxable
Depending on your circumstances, the $500 reimbursement may be treated as taxable or reportable income. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from the reimbursement, and Nino may issue tax forms (such as a Form 1099) where required by law.
11. Talk to your own advisor
Nino does not provide tax advice through this Promotion. Consult a qualified tax advisor about how the reimbursement and any Trump Account contribution apply to your situation.
VI. Limits & Anti-Abuse
12. Good standing required
To receive the reimbursement you must be a paying Nino customer in good standing with a completed onboarding at the time the credit is issued.
13. Disqualification
Nino may disqualify any participant and withhold any reimbursement for fraud, abuse, attempts to claim more than one reimbursement per household, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements. Nino's determinations under these terms are final.

The Trump Account is a federal program with its own rules and limitations that are outside Nino's control and may change.
VIII. Changes & Termination
15. We may change or end the Promotion
Nino may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these terms, at any time and for any reason. The Promotion is void where prohibited. These terms supplement, and are governed by, our Terms of Service.
