6. Connected Financial Accounts
Nino lets you connect external financial accounts through third-party providers so we can display balances and transactions. You authorize Nino to retrieve this data on your behalf. These connections are read-only. Nino cannot move money or initiate transactions on your accounts.
7. Not Financial Advice
Nino provides tools, data, and information to help you understand your financial picture. Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
8. Advisor Plan Fees
Prices displayed for Advisor Plans are starting prices, are estimates only, and do not constitute a binding offer. Your final Advisor Plan fee may vary based on the scope, complexity, and circumstances of your financial profile and the services requested. We will disclose the applicable fee before you enroll in or are charged for an Advisor Plan. Advisor Plan fees are not calculated as a percentage of your assets under management.
If the scope, complexity, or circumstances of your financial profile or the services requested materially changes after enrollment, we may revise your Advisor Plan fee prospectively by providing advance notice through the Service or by email. Any revised fee will apply only from the effective date stated in the notice and only as permitted by applicable law.
