Nino is built for personal finance. To create an account, you must be able to complete our registration process and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The information you provide must be complete, accurate, and belong to you.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@usenino.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Nino or other users.

4. About Nino and What These Terms Cover
Nino is a personal finance software and services company operated by Nino Finance. These Terms govern the Nino website, software, and AI features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to these Terms.
If you enroll in an Advisor Plan, the financial planning, tax planning, and tax preparation services in that plan are governed by the separate Advisor Plan Terms of Service. These Terms continue to apply to your use of the software.
5. Acceptable Use
The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
6. Connected Financial Accounts
Nino lets you connect external financial accounts through third-party providers so we can display balances and transactions. You authorize Nino to retrieve this data on your behalf. These connections are read-only. Nino cannot move money or initiate transactions on your accounts.
7. Not Financial Advice
The software and AI features provide tools, data, calculations, and general information to help you understand your financial picture. The software does not know your complete circumstances. Nothing it produces constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment, or a professional opinion you may rely on. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
This Section describes the software. Advice you receive from a Nino CFP professional or CPA under an Advisor Plan is personalized to you and is governed by the Advisor Plan Terms of Service, which describe the duty of care those professionals owe you.
8. Advisor Plans
Advisor Plans pair the software with a human CPA and financial planner team. Their scope, fees, the 30-day money-back guarantee, and the standards our professionals work to are set out in the Advisor Plan Terms of Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Intellectual Property
Nino Finance owns the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nino Finance does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nino Finance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Promotions
From time to time we run limited promotions. Any offer is governed by its own promotional terms, which control where they conflict with these Terms. Our referral program is governed by the referral program terms, which control in the same way.
