CSV transaction import, Insight emails, tax filing for everyone

Upload a bank or card CSV and Nino sets up the account for you, then edit or delete those imported rows. Pattern and refund Insights can email you when they land. Tax filing is live for every member, and Forecast lets you set growth rates per account and holding.

Now you can

  • Import transactions from a bank or card CSV: account created for you
  • Edit or delete CSV-imported transactions on the Transactions page
  • Email when a pattern or refund Insight is published
  • Tax filing track live for every member
  • Set growth rates per account and holding in Forecast and plan chat

New

  • Upload a bank or card CSV of transactions when Nino can't link the institution. Review the rows, confirm the destination (or let Nino propose a new account named from the file), and import. No manual account setup first.
  • Imported transactions show an Edit and Delete footer on the Transactions page; linked bank and brokerage rows stay read-only so the next sync can't undo your edits.
  • When a pattern card or refund Insight publishes, members who have New insights → Email on can get one batched email instead of hunting in Inbox.
  • Tax filing is available to every member. Start the track from the sidebar, with intake questions that separate W-2 from 1099 work, skip what prior returns and linked accounts already answer, and request CoinTracker tax reports when crypto is linked that way.
  • Household Forecast All assumptions (and plan chat) let you set expected return on investments, return on cash, home appreciation, other-asset growth, and per-account or per-holding rates, for this plan or all household plans.

Updates

  • When Nino can't do what you asked (fully or partly), chat drafts a product-feedback card in that same reply by default.
  • Manually added accounts in onboarding appear as a pending row as soon as you submit, then hand off to the real row when save finishes.
  • The Start a track picker lists Something else last, after Tax filing and the other specialists.
  • Agreeing to the Terms of Service only needs the checkbox. The signature-style name field is gone.

Bug fixes

  • A spouse added without a login (or with a pending invite) is planned and taxed with the household; married couples file jointly in Forecast so funding no longer reads as 0%.
  • Buying an investment from a cash account that doesn't hold enough no longer crashes Forecast or Home.
  • A life event whose date has moved into the past no longer wipes every other event off the plan chart or breaks plan chat.
  • Equity Activity no longer shows Vest rows after you left a company; departure stops future vest ledger rows.
  • Coming back to a tab left open for hours recovers the session instead of showing a dead-end auth error.
  • Members outside the US see that bank and investment linking is US-only, not a temporary outage with a Retry that can never succeed.
